SARAH
KREUZ
Sarah Kreuz is an Austrian multimedia artist, motion designer, and video designer creating vibrant, Y2K-inspired video art and music videos that blend nostalgia, color, and emotion.
Her work bridges digital experimentation and tactile experience — exploring how moving images can become something you can almost feel. She studied Graphic and Information Design
and completed a Master’s degree in Multimedia Art with a focus on 3D computer animation. After working at Jung von Matt and in video production and post-production at the Salzburg Festival, she developed a practice that moves fluidly between stage productions and independent video art.
Her recent and upcoming projects include video design for Parsifal at the Tiroler Festspiele Erl, video design for Wozzeck, and live camera work for the video design of Der Rosenkavalier
at Oper Graz. Her work has been presented internationally, including the Venice International Art Fair, Vienna Design Week, and further exhibitions across Austria (2026 Forum Stadtpark
Graz, 2025 Immersive Studio Klagenfurt, 2025 Solo Exhibition MedienKulturHaus OÖ). She received Die goldene Schindel for Best Music Video and regularly participates in the Best
Austrian Animation Contest. Alongside her artistic practice, she teaches Video and Motion Design at the New Design University, Atelier 04, LIK Akademie, and BFI.
